• STEP 10: Skrill will access your webcam
• STEP 11: Frame your face and click start

What is new in the Skrill verification process

Skrill account holders will need to use their desktop or mobile cameras for live verification. Before users could upload photos, now, the process is automated and live.

To fully complete the verification of a Skrill account, users will have to make a live (webcam) selfie with a handwritten verification note, for example, SKRILL 31/03/2020.

Customers can still upload images of their ID documents but are required to go live for face verification. For this step, the image upload option is not available.

Uploading an image with a utility bill is no longer necessary for address verification.
