Paynura FAQ

Account setup only takes a few minutes. Our team will reach out with a couple of questions within 24 hours of your application.

If your details are valid, your account is typically approved right after the conversation with your account manager.

Commissions are paid monthly based on your previous month's performance. Your dashboard tracks:

• Deposits made by your referred users
• Revenue generated
• Commissions earned

Payments are sent between the 5th and 10th of each month for the previous month's activity.

Available payment methods:

• Skrill
• Neteller
• Crypto — BTC, ETH, or USDT

Retagging allows you to link an existing Skrill or Neteller user to your affiliate account. Submit a request through the Retag section in your dashboard and provide the user's account ID.

Processing time: 8–72 hours.

Eligible:

• Skrill or Neteller users who have been inactive for 3+ months

Not eligible:

• Users already tagged under another affiliate
• Users who are already VIP
• Users who have been active in the last 3 months

Submit a VIP upgrade request through the VIP section in your affiliate dashboard. You will need to provide the user's account ID.

Processing time: 8–72 hours.

Eligible:

• Fully verified Skrill or Neteller accounts

Not eligible:

• Users who are already VIP
• Users registered under another affiliate

Note: VIP upgrades can only be requested once per account.

Tracking links are generated under Marketing → Tracking Links in your dashboard. Each affiliate receives a unique 5-digit tracking ID that ties all referred user activity back to your account.

All creatives are available under Marketing → Creatives. You'll find:

• Banners in multiple sizes
• Multiple language options
• Embedded code with tracking links ready to use

Your affiliate dashboard gives you full visibility over your performance, including:

• Deposits from referred users
• Revenue generated
• Commissions earned

Paynura operates a 3-tier sub-affiliate structure, letting you earn from multiple levels of activity:

• Tier 1: Users you refer directly
• Tier 2: Sub-affiliates you bring in
• Tier 3: The network your sub-affiliates build

This allows you to scale your earnings well beyond your own direct promotions.
