From November 16, the Neteller VIP program will quit its yearly VIP levels and move to quarterly assessments.
Neteller announced it would be making changes to its loyalty program.

The old Neteller VIP levels will be in place until November 16; afterward, the new VIP levels will apply.

Maybe the biggest news of all is the assessment period for VIP levels. Currently, Neteller has been upgrading users that reached the required sum of transactions yearly. From mid-November on, this will be done quarterly.
Quarters are calendar quarters, in which Neteller account users need to reach the VIP upgrade threshold.
A threshold is the required amount of transactions that Neteller users make to a merchant within the quarter.
The higher the sum of quarterly transactions, the higher the Neteller VIP status. Neteller rewards its users with extra benefits through the VIP program to give back to loyal customers.
Neteller is changing the VIP levels and benefits. No longer will there be a Platinum level, but regular Neteller accounts will have the chance to be upgraded Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Exclusive Level.

As you may have noticed, Neteller is removing the Platinum VIP level. Instead, it is introducing Diamond and Exclusive VIP levels.
Because Neteller will be switching to new terms on November 16, 2020, the first assessment for VIP upgrades and VIP status holders will be done on November 15, 2020. Neteller users need to match the requirements according to the new Level Scheme between October 1 and November 15, 2020. Based on that, Neteller will award VIP status to its users.
