The Paysafe Group changed the P2P fee system for Skrill and Neteller accounts, created after March 18, 2020. Customers of newly created accounts will have the following fees for person to person money transfers: 

For customers who have not made an eligible deposit to their Skrill or Neteller account:

  • the first time P2P fee will be 10% (min of 100 EUR or USD)
  • subsequent P2P fee will be 2.99%

For customers who make an eligible deposit to their Skrill or Neteller account:

  • the P2P fee drops to 1.45%

Which deposits are considered ELIGIBLE DEPOSIT?

ALL deposits are considered eligible, with a few exceptions.

The non-eligible deposits for Skrill are:

  • deposit with another P2P transfer
  • NETELLER
  • paysafecard
  • BitPay

The non-eligible deposits for Neteller are:

  • deposit with another P2P transfer
  • Skrill
  • paysafecard
  • Neosurf
  • Qiwi
  • BitPay

These changes apply to accounts registered after March 18 only. For all accounts created before May 18, 2020, previous conditions apply.
